Refund policy

Non-Defective Returns
If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and be accompanied by an Inland Mama receipt (an emailed receipt or invoice is acceptable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Defective Returns
Receipt verification and photos will be required when submitting a return for any defective/damaged product. Monetary refunds on defective products are not allowed. The product must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and you may be referred to the manufacturer directly to place your warranty claim if applicable. Products not under warranty or those that do not have proof of purchase will not be approved for a return.

Refund Policy

  • Condition: Inland Mama is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.
  • Car Seats: For manufacturer liability purposes, car seats are not able to be returned once the box has been opened. If you have an issue with your seat, we  gladly to try to help you resolve it with the manufacturer.
  • Refunds: Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
  • Process: You may access your customer account here and initiate a return from your account. You may also initiate a return by emailing us at hello@inlandmama.com.
  • Charges: Refunds will be issued for the price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
