We want to get your order to you quickly and safely! Here are your shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and package size (typically delivered within 5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (overnight to 2-3 business days)
- Local Pickup: FREE at our Coeur d'Alene location during store hours
All shipping costs and delivery times are calculated in real-time by our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure you get accurate, fair pricing.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and typically range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the United States. All orders ship within 7 days maximum. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, and destination.
Oversized Items
Large items such as strollers, wagons, car seats, and furniture may require special handling. Due to their size and weight, shipping costs for these items are calculated at checkout. If you have questions about shipping costs for a specific large item, please contact us at hello@inlandmama.com or call (208) 718-2678 before placing your order, and we'll provide an accurate shipping quote.
Local Pickup
Skip the shipping costs and get your items right away! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and pick up your order during regular store hours. We'll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup (usually within 24 hours).

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping is available via DHL and other international carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Please note that delivery times for international orders may be longer and are subject to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items. If your address has a history of delivery issues, please consider selecting shipping insurance at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
